After having my two children, I found myself drawn more to teaching than performing and I’ve loved building a supportive, encouraging online improv community.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to train with some incredible teachers and companies, including Pgraph from Austin Texas, Jason Chin from iO in Chicago, Rich and Rebecca Sohn from the Annoyance Theatre, The Maydays, David Razowsky, and Keith Johnstone. Each of them has shaped the way I think about improv.

My heart lies in narrative long form especially improvised plays. Some of my favourite projects include The Nearly Famous Five, a fun and playful nod to Enid Blyton and Four Walls, a 50-minute monoscene where three actors stay onstage until the clock hits zero.

I’m passionate about storytelling, creativity, and helping others discover the joy of improv and I love being part of such a vibrant, welcoming community.
